Whatever your fitness level, I’ll meet you where you are to provide personalized training. Crooked Thumb personal training focuses on improving functional strength, mobility, balance and aerobic capacity. A client’s fitness program is tailored to individual ability, age and long term goals. In my late 60s, I know first-hand what is appropriate and achievable for each age group I train. The value I offer is creating exercises, workouts and long term progressive programming to guide you to where you want to be.
